For Android users, go to Add or remove an account on Android. 
Go to Google Play and use apps provided by Google to sync with your account. Set up Google Workspace on the device ( Android | iOS). Contacts, including the Global Address List (GAL) for Google Workspace users. Mobile | Windows | macOS | Other email options | Other calendar & contacts options Mobile iOS & Android Multiple sync options are available depending on your users' device and source environment. If users in your organization are transitioning to Google Workspace, they might want to synchronize email, calendar, and contact data between their current system and their new Google Workspace account. There is a third-party add-on called Zindus that may work for you.If you want to permanently move to Google Workspace, you can use one of our migration products to transfer your users' data. If you are interested in sync solutions, visit the Mozilla Thunderbird Add-ons page (choose Tools > Add-ons from the main Thunderbird menu).
It is a one-time procedure to get a copy of your Thunderbird Address Book into Gmail. NOTE: this action does not synchronize your Thunderbird Address Book and your Gmail Contacts.
When the import is complete, click the OK button. If you want these contacts to be in a new or existing group, check the box next to Also add these contacts to and make the appropriate selection. Click the Browse button and locate the file your exported from Thunderbird. From the More Actions pull-down choose Import. Import your Thunderbird Address Book into Gmail Enter any file name and location to save (you'll need to remember this when you are ready to import your address book into your Gmail account. In the Save as type box choose Comma Separated (.csv file extension). Under Address Books on the left, select Personal Address Book. These instructions should work for any version of Thunderbird, Macintosh and Windows.
